7-8 Baby Corn Cobs cut into 1 inch long pieces
1 medium sized Capsicum - cut into cubes
1 medium sized Onion - cut into cubes
2 tsp chilli sauce ( I used Ching's brand)
1 tsp tomato chilli sauce (I used Maggi brand)
1/2 tsp soya sauce ( I used Ching's brand)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Maida / all purpose flour(APF)
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Sugar for taste
Oil

Chilli Baby Corn |
Ingredients
7-8 Baby Corn Cobs cut into 1 inch long pieces
1 medium sized Capsicum - cut into cubes
1 medium sized Onion - cut into cubes
2 tsp chilli sauce ( I used Ching's brand)
1 tsp tomato chilli sauce (I used Maggi brand)
1/2 tsp soya sauce ( I used Ching's brand)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Maida / all purpose flour(APF)
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Sugar for taste

Method
- Dissolve the maida into a thin paste by adding sufficient water.
- Add the black pepper powder salt and mix well.
- Put in the cut corn pieces in this batter and marinate for about 10 mins.
- Fry the corn in hot oil and drain on absorbent paper.
- Heat oil in a wok/kadai.
- Add the chopped onions and saute until pink.
- Put in the ginger garlic paste ,saute till the raw smell is lost.
- Add in the chopped capsicum and saute.Take care to see that the crispness of the capsicum is not lost.
- Add salt,pour in the sauces and add a tablespoon of the APF batter and saute well.
- Sprinkle a little water and cook well.
- Now add the fried baby corns and toss well till the sauce gets completely coated on the corns.
- You can also garnish with spring onions if available.
